Urology opening in New YorkCooperstown, NYFull time Join a progressive, academic health system in central New York and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a qualified Urologist to join our staff.Position Highlights: Join a dedicated team of 3 MDs and 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians Practice at a 180-bed primary hospital with a Level III Trauma Center Immediate referral base from over 100 primary care clinicians within the network Fully supported by APCs, with opportunities to engage in resident and medical student education Shared call responsibilities limited to the main hospital; APCs take first inpatient call State-of-the-art surgical suites, including a dedicated Xi DaVinci robotic operating roomCompensation & Incentives: Base Salary: $515,000 - $619,000 Productivity Incentives: No earnings cap; substantial bonus potential starting in year one Sign-On Bonus: Up to $200,000 Residency Stipend: Up to $60,000 available for those within 18 months of graduation (su...
