Job Description
This role sits at the intersection of operations, product, data, and business strategy. You'll own the full operational engine behind key consumption moments for Mid-to-High Value Users — from identifying the right scenarios to building the playbook and executing it end-to-end.
You'll work across Restaurant Ops, Courier Ops, Product, CRM, Customer Experience, and Marketing, requiring strong cross-functional coordination and a bias for action.
What You'll Do
- Identify, validate, and prioritize core consumption moments for high-value users
