Overview
Seeking a UX Consultant to design intuitive, user-centric experiences for internal and external portals integrating with Pega.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for web portals integrated with Pega
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with product, business, and development teams
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on feedback
- Ensure consistency with design systems and accessibility standards
Must-Haves
- 5–8 years UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio of web and enterprise applications
- Experience designing portal / digital experiences
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Experience working in Agile teams
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Pega or BPM platforms
- Financial services domain
