Job Description
To ensure the correct industrialization of new process and products, implementation of new technologies and automatizations related, as well as output fulfilment vs planning requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the introduction of new product processes, design production line layout, and achieve production capacity (setting product working hours, determining and evaluating product production and capacity)
- Introduction of NPI new equipment, processes, and new products for mass production, including design improvement DFX suggestions during the preliminary review of new products
- Provide technical support for product production to ensure smooth production. Deliver Improvement and innovation of Process to enhance the automation level of production lines
