Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
- Appraise value of property and buildings
- Collect and analyze financial records of a business, such as financial statements, budgets, projections and sales data
- Appraise value of industrial and commercial machinery and equipment
- Assess business''s competitiveness based on analysis of data
- Analyze a company''s financial records to assess its competitiveness or market value
- Appraise value of personal and household items
- Prepare appraisal reports for courts, attorneys, and creditors
- Prepare appraisal reports for buyers or auctioneers
