Responsibilities
- Develop and manage enterprise scorecards, performance metrics, and KPIs to assess strategic effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate enterprise performance, providing actionable insights for improvement to strategy and execution practices.
- Assess the value of projects and initiatives and evaluate where benefits are achieved by measuring actual outcomes against expected results.
- Collaborate with FP&A to align benefits realization with financial metrics for strategic alignment.
