IMPACT & OPPORTUNITY
The Production Supervisor is responsible for the end-to-end management of a product value stream, ensuring the efficient flow of materials, information, and processes from raw material to final delivery. The role acts as the key liaison between cross‑functional teams, ensuring the achievement of productivity, quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team development.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the activities of group leaders to ensure adherence to production schedules and achievement of value stream KPIs.
- Collaborate with support departments to meet operational targets and resolve issues.
- Maintain visual management boards and dashboards reflecting value stream performance vs. targets.
