Job Title: Variable Operations Development Manager
Location: Southwestern Ontario (Travel Required)
Reports To: Regional Vice President, Variable Operations
AutoCanada is seeking a results-driven Variable Operations Development Manager to support dealerships across the Southwestern Ontario market. Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President, Variable Operations, this role will partner closely with dealership leadership teams to improve sales performance, optimize lead management processes, strengthen Business Development Centre (BDC) operations, and drive increased profitability.
The successful candidate will bring extensive automotive retail experience, a strong understanding of modern sales processes, and a proven track record of improving lead conversion, BDC effectiveness, and sales performance through data-driven decision-making.
