Responsibilities

• Develop dynamic performance, covering development, tuning, and calibration of key systems such as suspension, steering, braking, powertrain, and aerodynamics.
• Lead the resolution of comprehensive dynamic performance issues.
• Improve dynamic performance design methodology and development process.
• Serve as a technical mentor, guiding team members to improve their professional skills and promoting the overall engineering capabilities of the team.

Qualifications

• Over 20 years of experience in dynamic performance development.
• Experience in passenger car dynamic performance development with US/European OEMs, design companies, and racing teams, with relevant resources.
• Proficient in vehicle dynamics theory, related component structure, design, and electronic control calibration.
