Job Description
Purpose
Manage the overall process of external technology contractor services in GBS, this includes recruiting and going through onboarding, supplier payment, accruals, billing, offboarding, managing the relation with the vendors and leading the contractors team. Responsible for timeliness and accuracy of contractors and financial information of the process, in compliance with current regulation and Scotiabank policies and procedures.
Accountabilities
- Lead the end to end contractor management process—from recruitment and submission to onboarding, performance monitoring, renewals, and offboarding—ensuring process efficiency, data accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across all stages.
- Oversee the preparation, quality, and accuracy of operational and financial reports related to contractor activity, cost tracking, vendor performance, and SLA adherence.
