Job Description
As ExaCare’s VP of Finance, you will be responsible for leading all accounting and financial planning and analysis functions, driving strategic financial decisions, and ensuring robust financial health to support our rapid growth. You will ensure financial rigor, forecast accuracy, compliance, and excellent financial health so ExaCare can scale responsibly, raise capital, meet investor expectations, and drive profitable growth. You will balance being hands‑on in accounting and operations with strategic financial planning and stakeholder management.
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Partner with the executive team and Board on financial strategy, fundraising, capital allocation, and long‑term planning.
- Define and monitor key metrics (SaaS‑focused: MRR/ARR growth, churn, LTV/CAC, net retention, burn multiple, sales efficiency, etc.).
