Requirements Client: IsoTalent. Role company: Zeal Credit Union. Vice President of Lending. Location: Livonia, MI, in-office, full-time. Reports to Shastri Siravuri, Chief Experience Officer. Base salary: $130K, with flexibility up to about $140K for an exceptional candidate; $160K+ is not available. Bonus discretionary. Start date: ASAP. The VP of Lending is the senior leader over commercial, mortgage, and consumer lending, accountable for team performance, compliance, volume targets, member experience, and lending roadmap execution. Zeal has completed two Upper Peninsula bank acquisitions, creating future growth potential for the lending function.
