About The Role
Reporting to the Global Chief Data & Analytics Officer, the Vice President of Responsible AI is responsible for establishing and evolving the end‑to‑end firmwide Responsible AI strategy and driving the implementation of technologies, tools, and best practices to improve AI governance and ensure the creation of safe and secure AI capabilities. The leader will accelerate the Responsible AI program, develop guidelines, and implement technologies that ensure AI systems are transparent, fair and minimize bias while prioritizing data privacy and security.
Partnering closely with all business units across TR, the VP will assess business needs and provide thought‑leadership and tactical guidance to improve AI stewardship, model development, safety and security.
