Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic sales plans to support the division’s growth by maximizing cross‑sell and upsell opportunities
- Ensure collaboration, teamwork, and the selection and development of technically competent employees
- Strategize and collaborate with sales and service functions to ensure the best client experience possible
- Work with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly production targets
- Ensure all HUB Service guidelines are met to deliver excellence in client care
- Foster a positive, engaging work environment to attract and retain talent
- Manage carrier relationships and keep up to date on product/appetite changes
- Evaluate books of business and reassign accounts as needed
