Reporting To: BMP Director
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver edited videos within agreed turnaround times / deadlines while maintaining creative quality.
Meet output KPIs (e.g., number of videos per week/month, timely delivery rate, error-free exports).
Ensure quality KPIs such as adherence to brand guidelines, minimal revisions, audience engagement performance (where applicable).
Maintain a balance between speed and creativity—hitting both project timelines and content standards.
Track editing workflow to highlight bottlenecks and proactively suggest improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, content) to ensure KPIs around project delivery are achieved consistently.
Edit raw footage into polished videos for various platforms (social media, YouTub...
