We are seeking a Virtual Programs Specialist in Canada to design, plan, and execute a range of virtual events – webinars, workshops, executive sessions, and other digital programs – that drive audience engagement and business growth. This remote‑first role requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for building scalable systems in a fast‑moving marketing environment.
Accountabilities
- Own the end‑to‑end planning, coordination, and execution of webinars, virtual events, workshops, executive sessions, and other digital programs.
- Manage program logistics from kickoff through completion, including scheduling, registration management, speaker coordination, agenda development, and event production.
- Develop and maintain essential program assets such as project plans, briefs, presentation materials, speaker preparation documents, and operational templates.
