Job Description
We are looking for a detail-focused and highly organized Visa & Travel Coordinator to manage end-to-end visit visa processing along with international travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in visa documentation, embassy coordination, and thorough travel planning.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete visit visa processing including documentation, application submission, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups with embassies and visa centers
Coordinate and book international travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transport, and full travel itineraries
Act as the primary point of contact for all national and international travel-related queries
Ensure timely completion and accuracy of all visa and travel requirements
Track ongoing applications and maintain proper records of all cases
Coordinate travel arrangements for international guests and visiting team members when required
