TASK AND RESPONSABILITIES
Record, verify and execute requests with a medium level of complexity according to process documentation, effectively and accurately translate creative brief into a print, publication, or broadcast-ready materialUnderstand, monitor and take proper action regarding KPIsEnsure high standards in the operation and meet performance targets and SLAsSupport in solving, follow-up on issues and seek for solutions across teams, escalate of identified issuesPerform quality checksContribute to process improvements, implement best practices, and identify process exceptions to maintain high standards in operationsUpdate official process documentationPrepare and conduct internal trainings (process and tools related) in form of 1:1 workshadowing or group trainingsOrganise and participate in problem sol...
