La Senza is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead. This role will create and execute the Visual Merchandising Strategy and provide thought-partnership to ensure that we meet our sales expectations and bring growth opportunities in Canada. The Visual Merchandising lead has significant cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Creative, and Store Operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead product presentation planning for all seasonal floor sets and account for variances across store prototypes.
- Collaborate on new stores & renovations to ensure departments expand/contract in a consistent manner which minimizes variances across the fleet.
- Determine signage needs and integrate into presentations, brief Signage and Brand Creative teams on requests.
- Oversee the creation of floorset documents for in-store execution in collaboration with Visual Coordinator.
