La Senza is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead. This role will create and execute the Visual Merchandising Strategy and provide thought-partnership to ensure that we meet our sales expectations and bring growth opportunities in Canada. The Visual Merchandising lead has significant cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Creative, and Store Operations. Responsibilities
Lead product presentation planning for all seasonal floor sets and account for variances across store prototypes. Collaborate on new stores & renovations to ensure departments expand/contract in a consistent manner which minimizes variances across the fleet. Determine signage needs and integrate into presentations, brief Signage and Brand Creative teams on requests. Oversee the creation of floorset documents for in-store execution in collaboration with Visual Coordinator.
