Primary Purpose
The Vocational Services Program Director is responsible for developing, evaluating, coordinating all vocational services provided by the Community Re-Entry Program for San Joaquin County Mental Health consumers through enclave work crews working within the community. Position has identified one-year funding. Continuation of this position is based on availability of funds. Essential Functions
Responsible for implementation of all existing services in accordance with goals and objectives of the vocational services programs of the Community Re-Entry Program. Designs and develops vocational program for new work sites. Provides direct supervision to three Job Coaches and one Vocational Behavior Specialist. Responsible for the oversight, direction and implementation of enclave services provided by thirty to fifty (30 – 50) paid and volunteer individuals.
