Position Overview
Working with the SVP, Head of Advisor Experience & Growth, this role leads the development and creation of programs that elevate the advisor and client experience across the firm. The VP will design and execute strategic initiatives in support of Distribution Leadership, translating business priorities into scalable enablement, communications, and recognition experiences that drive engagement, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of advisor development and training programs, ensuring a clear curriculum from onboarding through advanced practice management
- Establish a competency framework and measurement approach (adoption, proficiency, performance outcomes) to track program impact and drive data‑informed enhancements
