VP Credit Risk Review
Role purpose
Credit Risk Review Examiners plan and conduct reviews of wholesale credit portfolios. Examiners examine in detail a representative sample of portfolio clients. For each reviewed client, examiners read relevant internal credit approval memoranda as well as the client’s public financial disclosures, press releases, external rating agency opinions, among other materials. Based on the information reviewed, examiners develop independent assessments of the appropriate risk rating for the reviewed clients and record their analyses and conclusions in a workpaper database.
