Job Description
Monil is seeking a Head of Software Engineering to own and scale software across frontend, backend, and data. You will set direction, grow the team, and ensure quality, reliability, and velocity as we expand internationally.
You will work closely with Product and Hardware, translating roadmaps into actionable engineering plans and driving pragmatic trade-offs for device-to-cloud ecosystems. This is a high-impact leadership role at Monil.
