Raw material system flow, from receipt to warehouse, work in progress (WIP) and returns from production.
Specific objectives
- Determine delivery routes, containers and quantities.
- Determine min-max inventory per component.
- Define the best method of replenishing materials from the warehouse to WIP.
University Degree: Industrial Engineering - in the last semesters.
Desirable knowledge of warehouse and inventory management, Lean tools: waste elimination, standard work, continuous flow, etc., Time and motion study.
