Overview
OBJECTIVE: Control, direct, organize and manage the warehouse process, ensuring the standards, policies and procedures established to achieve customer satisfaction and the needs of the department.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end storage management for factory raw materials, finished products, spare parts, and consumables.
- Establish standardized workflows for receiving, warehousing, storage, sorting, outbound operations, and inventory checks.
- Optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization, coordinate daily storage operations, and ensure accurate material tracking to support production.
Team Management
- Manage warehouse team recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and incentive programs.
Cost Control and Efficiency
- Streamline workflows, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize warehouse management systems.
