Job Description
**Summary:**
The Associate Supervisor will oversee the management of a department within the South Africa Warehouse organization to ensure our clients receive the highest possible service. They will be responsible for ensuring service levels and business targets are achieved whilst keeping safety and quality at the heart of the operation. The Warehouse Supervisor will drive the South Africa Warehouse strategy and coach and develop the team to be high performing and deliver results.

+ Lead a diverse team of up to 8 direct reports.
+ Support the Warehouse Manager in achieving business targets and objectives with direct responsibility for the returns department.
