Summary
The Watches & Fine Jewelry Team Lead is a hands‑on leader and brand ambassador responsible for coaching and developing the boutique W&FJ sales team while achieving personal and team sales targets. This role ensures exceptional client experiences, operational excellence, and adherence to brand standards within the Vancouver boutique. The Team Lead supports recruitment, training, and execution of W&FJ initiatives and events.
