What You'll Do Every Day
Step into a dynamic and varied role where no two shifts are exactly the same. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct thorough daily equipment inspections — instrument verification, cleaning, and calibration across the entire facility
- Lead laboratory work and water quality sampling — measuring turbidity, residual chlorine, pH, ammonia, and more at multiple locations throughout the distribution system
- Monitor and control the SCADA system — keeping a real‑time eye on plant performance and responding proactively to alarms
- Manage and optimize chemical dosing — including Potassium Permanganate, Sulphuric Acid, Gas Chlorine, Aqueous Ammonia, and Polymer
- Operate and maintain GE membrane micro‑filtration systems — including weekly Clean‑in‑Place (CIP) procedures across 3 units
