Job Description
The Web Content Program Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and governing content‑related initiatives across the Web Publishing ecosystem while acting as the primary point of contact. This role coordinates end‑to‑end publishing workflows, streamlines processes, liaises between IT, stakeholders, regions, and web publishers, and upholds quality through rigorous testing and tracking.
Success is defined by tickets driven to completion, thorough testing, current documentation, on‑time localization, and consistently error‑free delivery. The role also coordinates individual content projects end‑to‑end, oversees cross‑project program alignment, drives standards governance, and provides operational and localization support to Business Lines and regional teams.
