Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely delivery of translated and edited materials from English to Dari and vice versa.
- Ensure a high quality of work with Dari translations reflecting an accurate portrayal of the meaning found in the English source documents.
- Ensure high-quality editing of documents in Dari.
- Editing contains literature, spelling, grammar, and all types of corrections.
- Flexibility in working extra hours to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work the night shift.
- Ability to analyze summaries and translate discussions.
- Preparing the daily, weekly, and monthly reports and submitting them to the line manager.
- Responsible for analyzing and editing all translated scripts and dialogue in line with specific program outlines and channel requirements.
