About the Role
Employment Type: Contractual, full-time (1-2 years).
Responsibilities
- Promote health, safety and environment policies in all aspects of assigned work
- Assist Client in preparing technical scopes for any tendering activity
- Attend morning operational meetings/other meetings
- Act as focal point of coordination between Clients on all matters related to contract execution, including personnel deployment, invoicing, notices, documentation, permissions and statutory matters, to support smooth contract execution
- Be responsible for all administrative and operational execution matters
- Plan and deliver contract deliverables in a time‑bound manner
- Provide reports to Client regarding the contract as and when required
- Attend coordination/interface meetings with other departments, third parties and consultants involved in the project
