Job Description
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in health insurance, hospitals/clinics, provider relations, managed care, or healthcare services.
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nursing, Midwifery, or other healthcare-related fields.
- Good understanding of healthcare processes, including treatment flow, benefit plans, and claims (is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with providers (hospitals, clinics, medical professionals), brokers, and clients.
- Ability to analyze customer/patient needs with a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively across functions (claims, underwriting, sales).
