Overview
In-Store Advisor (ISA) — member of the Whirlpool Program. You have a passion for customer service and thrive in being out in the field, building relationships with Trade Partner Retail Sales Associates (RSAs). You will accomplish this through effective selling, training, and merchandising of Whirlpool products.
Responsibilities
- Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a trusted subject matter expert to cultivate memorable, positive RSA & customer experiences in-store
- Assisted Selling: Drive consumption by directly engaging with customers and supporting RSAs at high-priority retail locations
- Product Training: Deliver product training to RSAs to empower their selling capabilities
- B2B Platform Engagement: Increase RSA adoption of Whirlpool Central to ensure they are utilizing all available digital tools and resources
