ASSISTANT WAITER (Restaurant Department)
Compensation: Average starting salary of approximately $1,200 USD per month (plus eligibility for gratuities/tips).
Contract: 36 weeks on board / 9 weeks off rotation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Station Waiters with food and beverage service.
- Manage table setups (mise-en-place).
- Ensure prompt delivery of orders from the galley following health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in fine dining, high-volume restaurants (180+ seats), or cruise ships.
- Experience in wine service for at least two years.
- High school diploma.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Physical ability to carry heavy service trays.

Compensation: $1,633.57 USD base salary per month plus $70 USD Social Program Compensation.
