Job Description
The Wireline Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a wireline truck, manages and leads all levels of Operators and provides staff mentorship. The Wireline Supervisor promotes and maintains good customer relations and is responsible for all cased‑hole wireline operations both in the shop and in the field. The Wireline Supervisor is responsible for safe operation, maintenance, and record keeping for the wireline trucks, tools, and equipment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand and adhere to all Tier 1 Energy Solutions (Tier 1) policies and procedures, furthermore, understand and adhere to any client’s policies and procedures;
- Ability to promote safety awareness;
- Assembles and performs perforating guns services in various field locations;
- Running logging services such as Cement Bond logs, Gamma Ray Logs, Noise/Temperature Logs and correlation logs;
