Work Management Process Specialist I
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, execution, and continuous optimization of field work management processes across the full lifecycle (Identify, Plan, Schedule, Execute, Close, Analyze), with a strong focus on data quality and operational performance.
- Drive and govern Maximo process, configuration, and data changes within LP scope—ensuring disciplined change management, stability, and readiness for future system enhancements.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance metrics, identifying gaps, and enhancing work management practices to improve reliability, efficiency, and value realization.
