We are looking for a
Workday HCM Analyst
to support and enhance Workday operations as part of a global transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support across Workday Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, and Compensation
Troubleshoot and resolve Workday tickets/issues raised by users
Support configuration changes, business processes, and data maintenance activities
Execute EIB uploads and support reporting requests
Maintain organizational structures and ensure data accuracy
Collaborate with HR and global stakeholders to improve Workday processes
Participate in testing activities and post-go-live support
Requirements
Experience supporting Workday HCM environments
Hands-on exposure to Core HCM, Absence, and/or Time Tracking
Experience with ticketing/support environments (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
Knowledge of EIBs, reporting, or business process configuration preferred
