Must Haves:- 2–4 years of experience in technical consulting, software development, integrations, or enterprise system implementations (ERP, HCM, Financials).
- Experience participating in the design or development of custom technical solutions on enterprise platforms.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in client-facing environments.
- 4+ years of experience designing and leading complex technical solutions, including extended applications, process automation, or advanced integrations within enterprise ecosystems.
