What you will be doing:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday-related projects (enhancements, integrations, and optimizations)
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and align on priorities
- Drive project governance, including status reporting, steering committee updates, and executive communication
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal resources, vendors, and system integrators
- Support integration efforts between Workday and other enterprise systems (e.g., payroll, finance, reporting tools)
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track
