As a Workforce Modeller , you will play a key role in shaping how our Service Delivery workforce is planned and supported. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and continuously improving complex models that guide operational decision-making. Your modelling insights will help ensure we have the right workforce capacity, at the right time, to meet customer needs and achieve our strategic goals.
You’ll join a team that plays a critical role in ensuring ACC can respond to changing customer demand, making a tangible impact on workforce strategy and service delivery outcomes.
