Job Description
We are recruiting for a Shift Supervisor to join our team in Aberdeen on a full-time permanent basis working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
As a Shift Supervisor you will supervise and work as part of a team of technicians and apprentices, ensuring job cards are processed in a timely manner and work is completed to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure that all MAN processes are followed correctly and all health and safety rules are being adhered to.
- Act as the main link between the managers and wider team, and serve as a key point of contact for customers where required.
- Assist with planning and relevant training and development for the workshop staff, ensuring good communication & information flow between the front desk and Service staff.
