Role Overview:
As the Bodyshop Manager, you will lead the efficient repair of accident-damaged vehicles, ensuring adherence to repair timelines and stringent quality standards at every stage. Your responsibilities include managing Bodyshop resources, such as consumables, paint, and equipment. Daily reporting on productivity and resource utilization will be crucial, alongside maintaining impeccable housekeeping per Toyota’s 5S principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a consistently clean and organized work environment following 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to enhance safety and efficiency for staff and customers.
- Execute assigned tasks according to established standards, specifications, and timelines.
- Ensure all repairs are completed as per service orders, estimates, and company policies, aiming for a 95% Fix it Right First Time (FIR) ratio.
