Part‑time (Sundays and special events)
16 – 20 hours a month, with a salary appropriate to experience.
Key Responsibilities
Worship
- With the Lead Team/Preaching Team, discern and vision a robust, experiential worship culture that creates space to encounter God
- Help to plan and create special services (Good Friday, Easter, Christmas Eve, etc.)
- Source new artists and music, incorporating a variety of styles and genres
- Vet all lyrics for theological integrity and cultural accessibility
- Create worship experiences beyond Sunday mornings
- Develop and skill‑up worship leaders and musicians
- Oversee and schedule Worship
Leadership
- Collaborate with the Pastor to develop and implement the future direction of the church, ensuring alignment with our Statement on Belief and Practice
