Key Responsibilities
- Manage clarity and traceability of global requirement requests
- Prioritize and visualize XCS development backlog
- Act as a key contact within the global XCS OPO network
- Contribute significantly to strategic plans for XCS
- Add and prioritize backlog items effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years in product development
- 2+ years in a leadership capacity
- Familiarity with Lean and Agile practices
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
