Job Description
Purpose
The Yard Manager is responsible for keeping the dealership lot in a professional appearance, organized, and safe. The Yard Manager will work with LandMark Transport loading and unloading equipment according to LandMark Implement’s safety policies. This position will support all departments to run smoothly and efficiently, including parts delivery if needed and assisting the Service department. This is a dual location role between Gothenburg and Lexington.
Responsibilities
+ Organizes and inventories lot ensuring working environment is safe for both customers and employees
+ Assist LandMark Transport with unloading and loading of equipment according to safety polices
+ Maintains a neat and clean yard at all time, including mowing lawns, trimming weeds, and lot clean up
+ Responsible for snow and ice removal tasks such as shoveling sidewalks, steps, and doorways
+ Operates snowblower or snowplow to clear roads, driveways, and parking lots
