Become the Associate Director of Operations and Business Services with York University's Athletics and Recreation department. This position is essential for optimizing service delivery across multiple functions.
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the role includes leading managers responsible for areas such as event operations, marketing, and facilities management. You will collaborate with institutional partners to navigate complex agreements while ensuring safe and effective service delivery throughout the department. Key decision-making responsibilities emphasize operational efficiency and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct event operations and client service delivery
• Lead marketing and digital communications strategies
• Coordinate facilities operations and management
• Support revenue-generating partnerships and programs
• Ensure compliance with risk and governance policies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
