What You'll Do
- Support the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to screening and interview coordination.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate profiles and interest.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS, keeping data accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements and refine search strategies.
What We Are Looking For
