Key Responsibilities
- Support the Student Development Team (SDT) and School Management Team (SMT) in student management and discipline matters.
- Assist in investigations, incident reporting, and communication with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Take students' statements and maintain proper documentation.
- Draft and administer behavioural management forms and records.
- Guide and coach students serving in-house suspension or Controlled Recess Duty.
- Provide direct supervision for identified students, including classroom support when required.
- Respond to teachers' requests for assistance in managing challenging student behaviour.
- Escort students to designated calming rooms and support de-escalation efforts.
- Provide basic counselling and emotional support to students.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold school policies and procedures.
