If you search for or apply to listings, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in applications
• Not submit fraudulent credentials or work history
• Respect employer requirements and application processes
• Not apply to positions you are not qualified for

6. Intellectual Property

MonDays.work and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Expertini.com and protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our platform

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonDays.work, Expertini.com, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall NOT be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
