- Honor posted compensation, benefits, and terms
- Not post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal listings
- Not misrepresent your company or the position
- Respond to applications in a timely manner
- Protect applicant privacy and data
5.2 For Proactive Job Seekers
If you search for or apply to listings, you agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information in applications
- Not submit fraudulent credentials or work history
- Respect employer requirements and application processes
- Not apply to positions you are not qualified for
- Maintain professionalism in all communications
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content
MonDays.work and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Expertini.com and protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce our content without permission
- Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our platform
- Create derivative works based on our platform
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
6.2 User Content

- Compatibility with all devices or browsers
- Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service
- Specific results from using our platform
Use of our platform is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonDays.work, Expertini.com, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall NOT be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or information
- Employment disputes between users and employers
- Actions or omissions of third parties (employers, recruiters, users)
- Unauthorized access to your account or data
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability (or $100 if you have not paid us anything).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MonDays.work, Expertini.com, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
